How to use your Luminous Ceramic Curler
Styling versatility is now made even easier.
•Ensurehairiscleanandcompletelydrybeforeusingtheappliance.
•Plugtheapplianceintoasuitablepoweroutletandpresstheonbutton.
Dividehairintoequalsections.
•Selecttherequiredtemperaturesettingtosuityourhairtypeand
desired style.
•Takeasectionofhairandspraybeforestylingwithacurlingsprayor
lightmistofgoodqualityhairspray.Thisisessentialforveryfineor
thick hair that is hard to curl.
•Placethecurlingtongmidwayupthehairsection;thenspreadhair
evenly between the clamp and the barrel. To avoid crimped ends, make
sure they are securely wound underneath the clamp in the direction of
the desired curl.
•Windthehairupasfarasyouwantittobecurled,beingcarefulnotto
lettheappliancetouchthescalp.Holdinplacefor8-15seconds.For
looser,free-flowingcurlsrollmorehair.Fortighter,bounciercurls,roll
less hair. To remove the curling tong, unwind the hair. To ‘set’ the curl,
do not comb or brush hair until it cools.
N.B.
Some experimenting is necessary when using a curling tong for the
firsttime,orwhenchangingtoadifferenthairstyle.
•Stylesectionsofhairuntilcompleted.Forlooser,morenaturalcurls
runyourfingersthroughyourhairtobreakupcurlsorbrushtocreatea
softer waves look.
Finishoffstylingwithamistofhairspraytoholdcurlsandhelprepel
humidity.
•Toturntheapplianceoff,pressthe‘O’button.Allowappliancetocool
before storing.
WARNING:
Thisisahighheatappliance.Caremustbetakentoavoid
the hot surfaces of the appliance coming into direct contact with the
skin, in particular the eyes, ears, face and neck. Do not leave this styler
unattended whilst children are around or the cord in a place where it can

Hair that has been heavily bleached or chemically treated
should only use the lower heat settings on this product. Please consult

Use of the brush sleeve attachment
Forsofterwavesandbodyusethesleeveattachment.Toattachthe
brush sleeve, slide the sleeve down so that the arrow on the bottom of
the sleeve aligns with the automatic curl release. The attachment should
slide down the barrel and click into place. To remove simply pull the
sleeve off.
