Congratulations on the purchase of your Zen Water Filter and Purifier System.
You are only minutes away from transforming ordinary tap water into pure,
clean, delicious drinking water the way nature intended.
Zen Water warrants to the original purchaser that all parts to arrive free from
damage and defects in workmanship. Before returning any parts, contact us at
support@zenwatersystems.com or call us at (949) 698-6333. A replacement
part can be shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
Care & Maintenance
Do not place unit in direct sunlight. Extended exposure to direct or indirect
sunlight may result in formation of algae / moss.
Do not use Zen Water System with water that is microbiologically unsafe or
of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the
system.
Do not use detergent to wash Micro Ceramic Filter, Mineral Cartridge or
Mineral Stones.
Do not use hot water (max 85° F / 30° C) in Zen Water System.
IMPORTANT: Check for leaks around the spigot area. If there is a leak,
tighten the magnetic nut. There should not be a leak if the nut is tightened
properly. Do not use if there is a leak.
Allow one full top tank of water to cycle through before consumption.
Discard first tank of water.
The initial set-up and preparation process will take
approximately 45 to 60 minutes.
I. Prep Mineral Stones – 15 to 20 mins
II. Prime Filters – 10 to 15 mins
III. Clean & Check Parts – 15 to 20 mins
IV. Assemble Unit – 5 mins
After this 60-min preparation, you will enjoy months
of delicious drinking water.
In the first few days of use, it will take 2 to 3 hours to
filter through 1 gallon of water. Flow rate will
gradually increase after a few days of use.
