This function sets the specified channel to the zero output state as shown in Table
2-7.

Specify channel to be set to the zero output state by using the port
address or a pin number that is assigned to the port by the
connect_pin function. Available
port
values are 0 to 49, SMU1 to
SMU8, or values shown in Table 2-2 on page 2-9.

0 sets all ports to the zero output state.
