6 UPLINK MESSAGES
This secton describes the payload messages supported by the tracker.
Unless othertise specifed, all values are transmited in nettork byte order (MSB frst).
Each message is composed by:
A common header
A specifc data part
The tracker supports diferent types of uplink messages, that are described in folloting sectons:

confguraton of the tracker) if dotnlink messages are available on
gatetay and no other uplink message is on the queue

Used by the server to estmate the batery level. Contains
informaton related to the poter consumpton

(1) Actvity status message, confguraton message and shock detecton message share the same
identfer. They are diferentated by the value of the byte 5 of the payload.

The tracker follots the LoRa requirements regarding the transmission (like duty cycle).
