2.8.3 Set the RF bandwidth
This section shows how to set the RF bandwidth to 20/40/80 MHz. The test requires first
to load the driver modules to bring-up the NXP-based wireless module.
Step 1 - Enable the RF test mode
root@imx8mqevk:~# echo "rf_test_mode=1" >> /proc/mwlan/adapterX/config
Verify that the output value of
rf_test_mode
is
1

root@imx8mqevk:~# cat /proc/mwlan/adapterX/config
Step 2 - Set the RF bandwidth
For example:
root@imx8mqevk:~# echo "bw=0" >> /proc/mwlan/adapterX/config

This section shows how to set the RF channel. The test requires first to load the driver
modules to bring-up the NXP-based wireless module.
Step 1 - Enable the RF test mode

Step 2 - Set the RF channel
For example, to set channel 6:
