Remarks
•
This command is available for multi-channel models only. Multi-channel models
have multiple channel Questionable Status SUMMARY registers. The particular
channel is specified by a numeric value ([<n>]=1, 2, or 3). If [<n>] is omitted, the
command queries the enable register of the current channel Questionable Status
SUMMARY register.
•
The <enable value> is a decimal value, which corresponds to the binary-
weighted sum of the bits to be enabled in the enable register of the channel
Questionable Status SUMMARY register.
•
Enable the bits in the enable register of the specified channel Questionable
Status SUMMARY register and the system will report the state of the
corresponding bit to the channel Questionable Status register.
•
When <enable value> is set to 0, executing this command will clear the enable
register of the channel Questionable Status SUMMARY register.
Return Format
The query returns a decimal value, which corresponds to the binary-weighted sum of
the bits enabled in the enable register of the channel Questionable Status SUMMARY
register. For example, the query might 9.
Examples
