Set the duty cycle for constant current frequency sweep mode.
Setting Syntax:
CURRent:SWEep:DUTY<space><NRf+>
Setting Parameters:<NRf+>, 1% ~ 99%, Resolution = 1%
Setting Example:
CURR:SWE:DUTY 50
Set duty cycle = 50%
CURR:SWE:DUTY MAX
Set duty cycle = maximum value.
CURR:SWE:DUTY MIN
Set duty cycle = minimum value.
