This message is read every day at the predefined time
and implemented.
Here you can set the time at which the text message
(SMS) commands should be implemented. As soon as
the commands have been carried out, you will receive
a confirmation SMS at the number from which you
sent the commands. If you have sent more than one
command per day, only the most recent command
will be carried out.
Note:
Avoid sending more than one SMS command
to the DTC 1000 per day. The time can only be set
in the 24 hour format.
The SMS commands must be formulated in the fol-
lowing pattern:
Send Mode
Text Message (SMS)
Command Protocol
Example
Off
C#00#E
C#00#E
Instant
C#01#NNN#E
C#01#008#E
Custom
C#02#HHMM#NN#E
C#02#0930#05#E
Daily Report
C#03#HHMM#E
C#03#1230#E
Here is a key to define the commands:
C = begin of command
#00# = Send Mode Off
#01# = Instant
#02# = Custom
#03# = Daily Report
HH = Hour
MM = Minute
NNN = maximum number of images to be sent
(applicable only in “Custom” send mode)
#E = end of command
For example, this command “C#02#0930#05#E” will
change the send mode to “Custom” which should be
implemented at 09:30 to send a maximum number
of 5 images within that 24 hour period.
Note 1:
You must keep to the exact formula when
sending text message commands to your DTC 1000,
otherwise they will not be carried out.
Note 2:
If you have changed the send mode to
“Off” via Remote Control, you will not be able to
change the send mode per text message again un-
less you change the Send Mode manually.
