Creating DHCP client identifiers
The dhcp-client-lease-resource is automatically created by default. Update
the dhcp-client-lease-resource profile to create specific client identifiers or
groups. The DHCP client identifier (dhcpClientID) value is passed on to the
DHCP server for classifying a client or group of clients.
The syntax for updating the dhcp-client-lease-resource profile is update
dhcp-client-lease-resource shelf/slot/interface number.
Note:
The dhcpClientId can be entered as a text string using single
quotes.
