This command is used to query the cumulative number of times the instrument is
powered on

Function:
This command is used to query the instrument firmware date and time stamp

hours of the signal generator.

Function:
This command is used for reading the system serial number of the signal generator.

:SYSTem:COMMunicate:GPIB:ADDRess <Address>
Function:
This command is used for setting GPIB address of the signal generator. Default address
is 19. To ensure normal communication, local GPIB address shall be different from
other GPIB addresses in the same test system.
Setting format:
:SYSTem:COMMunicate:GPIB:ADDRess <val>
Query format:
:SYSTem:COMMunicate:GPIB:ADDRess?
Parameter:
<Address> Integer data, GPIB address.
Range: 19[0
