Command action: sets the character length function

Parameter range:
#= 0 or 1 or d.
Description: this command sets the UID character length. The Datamars transponders have a UID of
10 hexadecimal characters (i.e. D0060BC5D3). 0: standard format of 10 characters. 1: 12 characters
(add ‘00’ at the begin of the UID). D: decimal format of 10 characters.
