Command:
poe pdcheck IP <ipv4_addr>

pdcheck
Allows user to enable or disable per port PD Alive Check function.
IP
To set PoE device IP address here for system making ping to the PoE
device.

poe pdcheck action { reboot | alarm | reboot-alarm }

Allows user to set which action will be applied if the
PD is without any response
alarm
It means system will issue an alarm message via Syslog, SMTP.
reboot
It means system will reset the PoE port that is connected to the PD.
reboot-alarm
It means system will reset the PoE port and issue an alarm
message via Syslog, SMTP.
