The
default
address group is mandatory for the Keeper address group list,
since this section defines default settings to be applied to all the message
addresses not included in the other groups. Make sure to place this ad-
dress group below all the other groups in the list.
The processing sequence that is applied by Keeper to a message is as
follows:
1. The program searches for the message address in the user
defined address groups. If or when the address is detected,
the message is processed according to this group processing
rules. If some of the processing settings are not defined for
the group, the program will apply the settings defined for the
default
group.
If the To and the From addresses of a message are detected in sev-
eral groups, the program will apply processing rules defined for the
first of these groups.
2. If the address is not detected in the user address groups, the
program will apply the default processing rules defined for the
default
group.
