Identification number (id) of the Command String. Valid value is 1 to 50, and 80; i.e. up to 51 Command
Strings can be stored. Command String with id = 80 will be executed on boot when modem power up.

Add and edit phone number for Command String SMS service
AT+CSPN
This command allows user to configure phone numbers to receive SMS messages configured in Command string.
This command does not overwrite entries of the current phonebook memory storage. If this feature is not used then
the device use default SIM phonebook entries to send the command string message.
Syntax:
AT+CSPN= <id>,<phone-number>
Response:
+CSPN: <id>,<phone-number>
Defined Values: OK
<id>

<phone-number> Phone number in ASCII format, accept international code.
