SoftKeyStyles
Contains a list of up to 32 <style>
elements to be used for format a soft
key. The enclosing root element must
be <SoftKeyStyles>. To use a style,
specify a style attribute in the custom
soft key (in a soft key set parameter),
with the value equal to id attribute of
the corresponding <style> element. If
no style attribute is specified or the
given style is not found, the <style>
with id="default" is used for the soft
key, if one is found. Otherwise the
internally defined style is used for the
soft key.
