6.1.2 Type 5 Multi-channel HDLC Frame Record
Description
The Type 5 Multi-channel HDLC Frame Record is the same as the normal
ERF Types but capture interface is always zero.
Fixed length mode is not supported.
RX error is set if any MC header Error bit is set.
