Configure a Log Task Name
After a name is configured for a log task, users can easily learn that from which system the task
is outputted.

Configure the Log Filtration Function
When configuring log filtration, you can not only specify the filtration string to be displayed,
but also specify the string to be filtered out and specify the log level range. In using the
command, the filtration string must be used together with the log level range.
