Unloading robot logic
The unloading robot will make the decision to unload (or not unload) a certain rack based
on the following flowchart.
Here, as previously described, the FLAG “Automatic Unloading Authorized” functions as
an override, enabling the robot to unload a rack on which there is a pharma-alarm.
If an unauthorized rack ends up in the unloading position, an alarm/notification (A5) is
raised that should be confirmed by the operator. Confirming this notification will send the
rack to the manual unloading position at the loading side.
