At the Switched PDU: prompt, type add outletto-
tacacs, optionally followed by an outlet name and
a account number. Press Enter, or
Type add outlettotacacs all, followed by a TA-
CACS+ account number and press Enter.
Examples
The following commands grant the a ac-
count 5 access to outlets A1 and Webserver_1:
Switched PDU:add outlettotacacs .a1 5<Enter>

Deleting outlet access for a ac-
count:
The Delete OutletFromTACACS command re-
moves a account’s access to one or all
outlets. You cannot remove access to any outlet
for an administrative level account.
To delete outlet access for a account:
At the Switched PDU: prompt, type delete outlet-
fromtacacs, optionally followed by an outlet
name and a account number. Press
Enter, or
Type delete outletfromtacacs all, followed by a
account number and press Enter.
Adding outlet group access to a
account:
The Add GroupToTACACS command grants a
account access to an outlet group. To
grant access for more than one outlet group, you
must use multiple Add GroupToTACACS com-
mands.
To grant outlet group access to a account:
At the Switched PDU: prompt, type add groupto-
tacacs, optionally followed by an outlet group
name and a account number. Press
Enter.
Examples
The following commands grants to a
account number 5 access to the outlet groups
ServerGroup_1 and ServerGroup_2:
Switched PDU:add grouptotacacs servergroup_1

account:
The Delete PortFromTACACS command removes
a account’s access to the serial port.
You cannot remove access to the serial port for
an administrative level account.
To delete serial port access for a account:
At the Switched PDU: prompt, type delete port-
fromtacacs console and a account
number. Press Enter.
Displaying TACACS account access:
The List TacPriv command displays all access rights
for a account.
To display TACACS account access:
At the Switched PDU: prompt, type list tacpriv,
optionally followed by a account. Press
Enter.
