'create settings <name>' allows you to save the current configuration to
permanent memory under the specified name.
'restore <name>' discards any parameter changes you may have made and reverts
to the settings previously saved as <name>.
'delete settings <name> permanently removes a previously saved set of settings.
'clear counters' clears the traffic counters on the currently selected card.
'clear maps' removes all maps, filters and load balancing policy (lbheaders) settings.
'commit' programs the device with the maps, filters, load balancing policy and vline
settings defined with 'set map', 'set filter', 'set lbheaders' and 'set vline'
commands.
'reboot' reboots the current card or controller.
'exit' or 'quit' exit this program.

The following commands control and display networking parameters
The commands to set gateway and dns cannot be used in DHCP mode.
show IPv4 : show all IPv4 settings
show IPv6 : show all IPv6 settings
set IPv4 static <IPv4 address> <IPv4 mask> [gateway <IPv4 address>]:
set IPv4 address, network mask and optionally gateway
set IPv4 dhcp : use DHCP for address, netmask, gateway and dns.
set IPv4 gateway <IPv4 address> : set IPv4 gateway
set IPv4 dns <IPv4 address> : set IPv4 domain name system server
set IPv6 static <IPv6 address> <prefix value 16 - 124> [gateway <IPv6 gateway>]:
set IPv6 address, prefix length and optionally gateway
set IPv6 gateway <IPv6 address> : set IPv6 gateway
commit
Use the
commit
command to replace the live settings on the device with your new configuration after making changes to
port mappings, packet filters, V-Line modules, and Load Balancer groups. Until you commit your changes they remain
pending in dynamic memory only and will be lost if you log out or if the system is restarted.
