Instruction
This command loads bit data into signal generator memory using the
<bit_count> and <data_block> parameters and saves the data to a file
designated by the "<file_name>" variable.
"<file_name>" This variable names the destination file and the directory
path.
<bit_count> This number represents the number of bits in the data block.
<data_block> This parameter represents the data and file length
parameters.
