Set up scan lists and trigger.

Now execute read statement.
Read statement does not complete until
triggered measurements are complete and
FIFO is empty.
[SENSe:]DATA:FIFO:COUNt?
[SENSe:]DATA:FIFO:COUNt?
returns the number of readings currently in the
FIFO buffer.

if FIFO is less than half-full.
