BKCAL_OUT parameter is not indicating actual valve position
•
Check if parameter IO_OPTS has been configured. Bit “Use PV for BKCAL_OUT” has to be set to
indicate actual valve position.
•
Check parameter XD_STATE. See “READBACK parameter operating modes” for more details.
•
Check if the associated Transducer block mode is OOS or MAN. Change it to AUTO.
AI.OUT parameter is not indicating actual valve position
•
Check if the configuration was downloaded without errors
•
Check block mode, it should be in AUTO.
•
Check if parameter CHANNEL has been properly configured.
•
Check parameter XD_SCALE.
•
Check if the associated Transducer block mode is OOS or MAN and change it to AUTO.
Analog Input block is not working
•
Check if the configuration was downloaded without errors
•
Check associated Transducer block, MODE_BLK = AUTO.
•
Check mode block, set to AUTO.
•
Check CHANNEL configuration.
•
Check L_TYPE configuration.
•
Check if the XD_SCALE and OUT_SCALE configuration match the configured CHANNEL, for instance:
o
for Channel 1, position: 100, 0, %, 3
