Flexible Prefix : a range of number can be programmed to be the prefix of the
directory number or trunk group access code, action depends on programming
setting of Flexible Format, Flexible Range Start and Flexible Range Stop.

This programming will only valid when system using flexible numbering scheme (programming item
133 = 1).
