7.4 USB Device Interface
Write to 1 to reset the data toggle field to DATA0 and reset the current buffer to buffer 0. In addition, the IN and OUT Buffer Owner bits for this endpoint will be
cleared as well. Writes to 0 are ignored.
Cleared to 0 by hardware after the data clear / reset process has been completed.
