Parameters

The IP address of the FTP server from which Wireless AP channel and
maximum power values are uploaded.

user

The user name to access the FTP server

dir

The directory on the FTP server in which the file containing the Wireless AP
channel and maximum power values are stored.

file_name

The name of the file that contains the Wireless AP channel and maximum
power values.
