ip-protocol
Use the
ip-protocol
command to specify that the current rule applies to packets having the
specified IP protocol.
Use the
no
form of the command to set the IP protocol to its default value.
Use the
not
form of this command to specify that the current rule applies to all packets
except
those having the specified IP protocol.
Syntax
[not] ip-protocol
protocol_name

protocol_number
no ip-protocol

The not form of the command is not relevant in the crypto-list/ip-rule context.
Example
To specify that rule 22 applies to all packets having an IP protocol of ICMP:
G450-001(ACL 330/ip rule 22)# ip-protocol icmp
To specify that rule 22 applies to all packets having any IP protocol
except
ICMP:
G450-001(ACL 330/ip rule 22)# not ip-protocol icmp
