Dir = address of the corresponding Validator
[Data 1] = Code of coin
[Data 2] = Path of sorter assigned.
If the assigned classification path (Data 2) is prohibited the coin will go to the default path.

The priority of the classification paths is:
Path 1 (Data 2) (maximum priority)
Path 2 (Data 3) (second priority): if path 1 is prohibited
Path 3 (Data 4) (third priority): if path 2 is prohibited
Path 4 (Data 5) (minimum priority): if path 3 is prohibited
If path 4 is prohibited the coin is sent to the default path.
In both formats, the value of path equal to 0 means default path. The values to transmit have
