Execution command writes in the

memory storage a new message.
Parameter:
<length>
- length in bytes of the PDU to be written.

- PDU in hexadecimal format (each octet of the PDU is given as two
IRA character long hexadecimal number) and given in one line.
If message is successfully written in the memory, then the result is sent in the
format:

- message location index in the memory
