profile (EOAM)
To attach an Ethernet OAM profile to an interface, use the
profile
command in interface Ethernet OAM
configuration mode. To remove the profile from the interface, use the no form of this command.

Usage Guidelines
To use this command, you must be in a user group associated with a task group that includes appropriate task
IDs. If the user group assignment is preventing you from using a command, contact your AAA administrator
for assistance.
When an Ethernet OAM profile is attached to an interface using this command, all of the parameters configured
for the profile are applied to the interface.
Individual parameters that are set by the profile configuration can be overridden by configuring them directly
on the interface.
